Rosemary Peach Simple Syrup
1 organic peach, sliced
¾ cup water
¼ cup sugar
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Blended Peach Rose
2 oz Rosemary Peach Simple Syrup
1 bottle of rose (750ml)
4 cups frozen organic peaches
½ cup ice

Bring 3/4 cup water, the fresh sliced peaches, sugar, and rosemary to a boil in a small pot. Let simmer for 5 minutes or until the peaches are soft. Remove from heat and strain into a glass jar to chill. Set aside.
Blended Peach Rose

In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen peaches, rose, simple syrup, and 1/2 cup of ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with fresh peach slices, enjoy!
