 ½ cup all purpose flour
 2 tbsp sugar
 ½ tsp baking powder
 pinch of salt
 ¼ cup milk
 1 tbsp melted butter or neutral oil

 1 small peach, peeled and diced
Streusel Topping (Optional)
 2 tbsp all purpose flour
 1 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tbsp butter
 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish (about 5–6 inches) or two ramekins.

In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter with a fork until crumbly. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until just combined.

Gently fold diced peaches into the batter.

Pour batter into your dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle streusel evenly over the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
