Peach Fruit Leather

 2 organic peaches, pitted and chopped
 1.50 cups applesauce
 1 tbsp raw honey
 2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 200F.

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the mixture has thickened.

Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Pour pureed mixture onto the parchment paper and spread out mixture with spatula until it is about ¼” thick.

Place in the oven for 4-6 hours or until the leather is slightly tacky and easily pulls away from the parchment paper.

Cut into desired length slices or fun shapes!

Using a Dehydrator

Pour mixture onto a fruit leather plastic sheet attachment or parchment paper.

Dry for about 6 hrs hours at 145F until tacky and easily pulls away from the sheet, or per your dehydrator’s specific instructions.
