Peach and Cherry Jubilee

 2 ripe, organic peaches, sliced thinly
 2 cups cherries, pitted and sliced in half
 1 tbsp butter
 3 tbsp berry jam
 ½ cup brandy liquor
 vanilla ice cream

Melt berry jam and butter in a large shallow saucepan on medium heat.

Add in peaches and cherries and heat through.

Pour brandy over the fruit and heat the liquid with a long match until it ignites.

Cook until the flames die down.

Serve fruit over a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
